i think vanessa's right, its not nice to hear ANYTHING bad about a band that you like,
it is like someone is bitching about your taste.
however, people are entitled to their opinions and these shouldnt be disallowed, for
the sake of keeping the peace.
still , there is a difference between expressing something as your opinion, eg"i think
this about b&s, and saying something as if it's fact. then it becomes slagging .
people should be able to speak about anything they want on this list, and if that
means that once in a while talking about the same thing for a while, then so be it. it
works both ways, there are people that want to talk about b&s and there are people
that want to talk about stuff that the rest of us have never heard of. we have to talk
about all of it in order to stop things getting dull. ....
i think its a lot easier to give out criticism about music than it is to receive it,
and we should all remember that when we give it out.
