Hi list!
Recently I saw a german film called Oi!Warning and I've been wondering if
anyone of you kids saw it and what you think about it. For those who
haven't: it's a story about a boy who leaves school to join a group of
skinheads. Parts of the film are very violent, not in a
Hollywood-action-movie kind of way (lots of explosions and gunfights and
stuff) but very direct, my friends and I were quite shocked when we left the
cinema (Vera in Groningen - hi Arien, we're from the same city!). It's an
interesting film but I'm not sure if I'd recommend it.
About the B&S thing: there's a dutch saying that goes 'You can't argue about
taste'. It's true; we can go on for years saying:
-They are great!
-No, they're shit!
-No, they're great!
etc and people will never agree. I think it's great that there are so many
kinds of music in the world and we should all respect each other's tastes.
None of my fiends like B&S and I've come to accept that ;-)
