Great news folks i have just heard that the band Schmolak are planning to
come over to the UK and tour. wow! I mean i haven't heard much underground
avant garde indie pop but these sound like the best, and they are from San
Francsico.
Why are people moaning about talking about Belle and Sebastian they are
music are they not, i mean at least everyone has heard of them for fucks
sake. Who the hell are Plone and why all the fuss about calling a band lame
, some bands are i mean Terris are absolutely woefull. This mailing list is
so isolationalist no wonder there are so many lurkers because most people
don't know what some of you are talking about. We start a conversation
about a band most people have heard and it is like we are being far too
mainstream. The fact is good music gets noticed and becomes popular arse
like Tarwater isn't popular because to most it is total art wank rubbish.
Now i am not having a go at people here, you should listen to what you want
to , but sometimes i think some of you think you are being really clever by
talking about undergroung bands and saying they are really good just for
the sake of it. Make of this what you will, but i am of to listen to Oasis
so there.
