This is why MP3's will only be a secondary means or music DELIVERY, like radio, because they are not tangible. You can't go see a band play and buy one. Unless "they" make it some superconvenient drive system. Either that, or "they" make live music obsolete. Doubtful. There are too many shredheads who listen to Biskit now who are going to want to amp it like them "when they grow up". Maybe Napster should stick it to labels and become a label themselves that sells albums like other independents, splitting profits 50/50 after cost... my other 2 cents.
