Hi Albert,
as maintainer of poppler, you could talk about goals and non-goals of
poppler.
E.g. the public vs internal API topic is a constant one. Maybe provide
an example how people should constructively contribute to poppler and
the using application to improve the situation.
Another one is that the user-facing apps get to see lots of the bug
reports, which usually should go directly to the poppler bug tracker.
Maybe providing a "pdftoppm" or "pdftocairo" example, how people could
easily test whether poppler is at fault and not Okular/Evince.
There are presumably many more of these points, I just regularly see you
posting and repeating these. Maybe a good opportunity to get this
message through to a larger audience, instead of repeating yourself over
and over again.
