Log:
Dropping webapp-logging component (originally copied from jetspeed-2) as we
voted to completely move away from using commons-logging for Apache Portals and
therefore this component (as specifically targetting commons-logging usage) is
no longer needed nor wished for.
whoever still wants to use this component can always take the
jetspeed-webapp-logging-2.1.3.jar or even the -2.1.4.jar version once released.
