"update"... eh. haven't looked at bg5ps nor magicpoint yet, but ok op@ for this change to eterm after freetype1 is gone, and ok op@ also to drop freetype1 after the other consumers are dealt with. I fiddled a bit to see if playing LDFLAGS games it could ignore print/freetype even if installed but I don't think we can force it without patching the configure script. since (i assume) freetype1 is going to be deleted I don't see any pressure in patching the configure.
