I believe it has always been broken. At least those new patched files
haven't changes since PrusaSlicer 2.9.2, which was shipped with 7.8.
Ian, do you know if font loading was working on 7.8?
AFAIK it's been broken since forever, though I didn't write down when I
first ran into it.
