Hi all,

Here's a preliminary port of offpunk.

pkg/DESCR:

```
Offpunk allows you to browse the Web, Gemini, Gopher and subscribe to
RSS feeds without leaving your terminal and while being offline.
```

All appears to be working fine apart from the tests:
```
_________________ ERROR collecting tests/geminiclient_test.py __________________
    from offpunk import GeminiClient
offpunk.py:21: in <module>
    import netcache
netcache.py:20: in <module>
    import offutils
offutils.py:141: in <module>
    output = run(CMDS["less"] + " --version")
             ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
offutils.py:76: in run
    result = subprocess.run(
../../../lib/python3.14/subprocess.py:578: in run
    raise CalledProcessError(retcode, process.args,
E   subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command 'less --version' returned non-zero
exit status 1.
```

Their code plans on scraping a version number from the forst line of the output
of `less --version`. It won't find one on OpenBSD, but it should fall back on
safe defaults.

```
$ less --version
$ echo $?
0
```

Running the tests outside of the ports tree (i.e. cloning the sources, `uv
sync`, `uv add --dev pytest-mock`, `uv run pytest`) and the tests all pass.

Suggests this is something to do with the ports infra, but it's beating me.

Any ideas?
