It turns out I don't have a use for this anymore.

I didn't look in detail at what the changes were and have no way to test
if it still works, but upstream did apply my patch for OpenBSD support.

I think they may also have added some sort of ipv6 support.

In any case, this updates to a recent commit that showed as green and
switches to use a DIST_TUPLE in addition to me dropping MAINTAINER.
