Hello ports@,

Please find attached a new port for Nuklear 4.13.3:

devel/nuklear

Nuklear is a lightweight immediate-mode GUI toolkit written in ANSI C:

https://github.com/Immediate-Mode-UI/Nuklear

The port targets the latest upstream release, 4.13.3:

https://github.com/Immediate-Mode-UI/Nuklear/releases/tag/v4.13.3

Nuklear is implemented as a single C header and is designed to be
embedded directly into applications. It focuses only on the GUI layer
and deliberately provides no window-system, input, or rendering backend.

As a result, Nuklear itself does not depend on X11, Wayland, OpenGL,
SDL, GLFW, or any other graphics/windowing library. Applications choose
and provide whichever platform and rendering backend they need.

The library is written in C89 and emphasizes portability, low memory
usage, and minimal dependencies. It supports UTF-8, customizable memory
management, optional font baking and vertex-buffer output, and has no
required global or hidden state.

Version 4.13.3 contains several fixes and usability improvements,
including fixes for option widgets becoming unticked when not visible,
float conversion in sliders, SDL3 renderer handling, Vulkan/Retina
framebuffer scaling, and several demo and documentation improvements.

Since Nuklear is a single-header library, the OpenBSD port is
intentionally simple. There is no build step and no runtime dependency
set: the package installs:

include/nuklear.h
share/doc/nuklear/LICENSE

Applications enable the implementation by defining NK_IMPLEMENTATION in
exactly one translation unit before including nuklear.h. Optional
feature defines must remain consistent between translation units that
include the header.

The package is architecture-independent and therefore uses:

PKG_ARCH = *

There is no upstream test target applicable to this header-only package,
so the port sets NO_TEST.

Nuklear is available under either the MIT license or public domain; the
embedded ProggyClean font is MIT licensed.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,
David.
