Here’s an update to math/pari from the ancient version we have to the latest version:
http://dickman.org/openbsd/ports/diff/math_pari.diff Note there have been a few efforts [1,2] to add support for the shared lib to pari. That piece isn’t being tackled in this update. First let’s get the port updated and then let’s see about sharedlib support later. Here are the changes with my diff: - update from 2.1.7 to 2.11.2 which is the latest stable release (odd minor releases are stable, even minors are dev). - use the gmp kernel - update license marker to GPLv2+ - all the existing patches go away and we add new patches to honor CFLAGS and fix up the path for gphelp. - pari now needs gnu make for the docs.
