given that MASTER_SITES is dead and 'new upstream' seems to be on github, why not pointing at github using last commit & labelling it as 1.2.0.20170418 (datetime of said last upstream commit ?) or you dont want the -Werror commit to avoid side effects on non-clang archs ?
