- Added myself as MAINTAINER.
- Moved from python2 to python3.
- Normalized VAR= and VAR+= in makefile to have consistent whitespace.
- Tested update on an amd64 machine, no problems found.
- Reordered MASTER_SITES, from sthen@ and jca@.
