Import devel/mkspiffs: tool to build and unpack SPIFFS images
Wear-leveled SPI flash file system for embedded devices.
This tool is specifically patched to build and unpack SPIFFS images for
esp32 and esp8266 wifi devices, using SPIFFS as the submodule.
