Don't worry, the sdl backend uses sndio internally, so you still can
use all the sndio networking features seamlessly.

The main purpose of the sndio backend is to reduce the number of
software layers and in turn the risk of bugs and audio
glitches. Anyway the plan is to restore it soon.
