Thanks Marc and Josh, it is not built becouse it's not a part of krita istself. It looks like it's a extra project "krita-external-plugins"[1] and it's not hooked into the main krita build. OR I'm blind. I haven't had time to look into it any further. Wenn ich mir FreeBSD und ArchLinux anschauen dann haben die es auch noch nicht realisiert.
