anki port tweaks:
- add notes explaining why this is stuck at 2.1.16 for now
- disable the update check, ports isn't particularly likely to have
newer versions anytime soon (see above) and upstream's binaries won't
help us
- use ${PATCHORIG} not hardcoded .orig in port Makefile
