- adds support for SOZip, see https://sozip.org/
- add libarchive dependency for /vsirar/ & /vsi7z/ support
- add gtest to BDEP & py-filelock to TDEP, remove handrolled do-test
target so that cmake modules takes care of running ctest
- stop installing duplicate copies of python examples, they're already
shipped by default
