Add group support to PortInfo, so that distfiles can be grouped together,
and all MASTER_SITES* as well
Also, support the DISTFILES.arbitrary syntax to correspond to
MASTER_SITES.arbitrary, to be committed to bsd.port.mk once I adapt
sqlports as well
