Switch to newer LIB_DEPENDS/WANTLIB/REVISION, remove PATCHLEVEL.
symlink libxpcomglue{,_s}_pic.a to libxpcomglue{,_s}.a so that #...@#@!...@$
libtool correctly links with the xpcom glue. Adjust libxul{-embedding}.pc
to return the appropriate _pic lib.
