SECURITY UPDATE to masquerade-6.x-1.4
Addresses SA-CONTRIB-2010-068 (CSRF)
To prevent issues with this update you should:
- reset masquerade administrator item to defaults
- reset switch back navigation menu item to defaults
- clear cache
