Log message:
update lang/brandy to 1.23.2
Move it to a different upstream which is maintained. The description
now talks about 'BBC BASIC VI' while before was V, but Brandy has
always been BBC BASIC VI for this whole time so it shouldn't break
people's programs.
Original diff from Jag Talon, who is also taking MAINTAINER, thank

Some tweaks by me, in particular to avoid patching the variables
in the makefile and to show the commands that are actually ran by
make.
