net/samba - remove debugging script from PLIST-main
smbXsrvdump belongs in PLIST-docs, and should be @comment'ed out. This
prevents the following warning when pkg_delete samba:
Error deleting directory /usr/local/share/examples/samba: Directory not empty
While here add NO_TEST=Yes for now. At least until we have figured out
if and how we can get tests to work.
