add comment to patch bumping dgram unix socket size; unsure exactly
what squid needs for this so leaving the bump in place for now (though
it does seem ok with 4 workers and rock cachedb).
"Possibly not needed since kern/uipc_usrreq.c r1.210 (which raised
the default for SOCK_DGRAM to 8k)."
