stop @sample'ing config files for subpackaged optional modules, bringing
them in line with a change made much earlier for -main. it's a little
confusing to have some of the set of asterisk-related packages
automatically copy across files from share/examples/asterisk/default
and others not (and these files generally need user edits anyway so
there's no benefit to having pkg_add update them via the @sample
mechanism)
