- add a patch from #1979555 (hints from gkoehler@, thanks!) to fix
xpcshell segfault at startup.
- finally drop NO_TEST and add a nice test target running xpcshell tests
- needs X11 and a path added to unveil.content (checked in pre-test),
but other than that most look good (the http3 tests timeout, being
looked at).
