www/mozilla/mozilla.port.mk: tweaks to PGO-enabled builds
drop the repacked profdata conditional for firefox, wont be needed as
long as upstream provides profdata that is compatible with llvm19
upstream only provides profdata on amd64, until i've tested it on arm64
make --enable-profile-use an option used only on amd64
this should allow reenabling PGO with 144.
