import wayland/niri 25.11
niri is a scrollable-tiling Wayland compositor based on
the rust wayland compositor library smithay.
Not everything is upstream yet so this port depends on a
bunch of forked rust dependendencies for now.
There are a bunch of known issues and required config
tweaks so make sure to read the port README.
ship a 'startniri.sh' startup script copied from wayland/sway
