Update to noto-fonts-2026.05.01. Move from hinted TTF to unhinted OTF.
Font hinting is not as useful as it once was. On modern high-resolution
displays, unhinted is a better choice. Additionally, switching to
unhinted provides sizeable space savings, about 60 MB for noto-fonts.
