Log message:
Bring some sanity, dont hardcode AUTOMAKE/AUTOCONF_VERSION in
xdt-autogen, the script respect env vars since bug #8683 was fixed.
Replace a bogus ${PREFIX} by ${TRUEPREFIX} while here.
