General usability improvements:
* Allow to run tree check (-A) from any directory.
* Notify about ports root directory only on tree check.
* Ignore more stuff for tree check, makes easier to run:
portcheck -Ap /usr/ports/openbsd-wip
* Use ignore list in has_subdirs_only(), too.
