Update www/igal2 to 2.1
This version adds EXIF support using p5-Image-ExifTool.
- change $LIBDIR to /usr/local/share
- remove jhead from and add graphics/p5-Image-ExifTool as new run dep
- remove the changes for integrating jhead
- remove patch-slidetemplate2_html
