Add PORTROACH marker to stick to the 2.X versions for the time being
I really don't like this.
PORTROACH markers are meant for permanent (or close to) things.
That kind of construct usually leads to totally forgotten ports because you'll get no reminder that an update is pending.

That said, I know your work on sogo and trust you. I just don't want it to become a regular thing -- otherwise portroach would loose its appeal.
Or maybe it's just me...

the 2.x versions still receive updates, this way I hope portroach is
helping me not to miss 2.x updates
for the time being. (:

The 3.x versions have a bleedingly revamped web interface, I'm still
undecided, if I just upgrade, or
change the layouts of the ports to have www/sogo/{2|3}/ so that people
can choose.

I think we should change the layout and maintain both versions.
