vim-spell files are installing under a versioned directory which has to
match vim itself, so this needs an update for 8.1 to unbreak. from feinerer@.
switch to https HOMEPAGE pointed out by rsadowski@.
some files have been updated since distinfo was last generated so switch to
a different subdirectory name to avoid conflicts.
