Hello again,

I sent this a couple of weeks ago and haven't had any replies. I'm sure that somebody recognises the USB error, even if they don't know anything about Nut or the UPS. So I've resent this with a slightly more general subject line.

Other people with similar problems on Linux have mentioned HID devices.

Can somebody please help me.
