That is good to hear that it compiles on current. I am no longer sure that
1.1.0 is the "newer" release, as the website states it was released a few
months earlier than 1.0.5.
Well, for the insecure functions. The port uses vasprintf everywhere, so
unless there is a bug in the libc this should be save. Or do you have
other functions than string handling in mind?
