Just ask bulk-builders to synch INDEX. Your patch is useless. More specifically, INDEX can be rebuilt by anyone with an up-to-date ports tree. If I am an OpenBSD committer, and I want to synch the INDEX, why would I rely on a patch ? I am going to re-do the work myself to check. Hence, the uselessness ;)
