Hello Edd,
this sourceforge mirror has a problem. See here for a workaround: 
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=openbsd-ports&m=113880677100205&w=2

You can also edit 
/usr/ports/infrastructure/templates/network.conf.template and remove 
this mirror or download the sources manually and place them in 
/usr/ports/distfiles.
