ExtUtils::XSBuilder is a set modules to parse C header files and create XS glue code and documentation out of it.
Incase it isn't clear from my subject lines, I needed Catalyst on OpenBSD therefore I assembled ports for it and everthing it depends on. (tons of perl modules)
