Doesn't hurt to fix it... but we do not have any kind of working vcd 
support. I had a look, I've never been able to get the right ioctl to
work (diffs with netbsd, etc).

In case you don't know, there are 3 formats for CD tracks:
- audio CD
- VCD
- data CD
with distinct characteristics... the CRC are different, data CD
have the highest, audio CD the least, and VCD is somewhere in between...
