The ports tree is in soft-lock now; keep improving your port and
resubmit it after 4.1 is released.

Submit your port after following both the checklist[0] and the
testing guide[1]. Combined, they give a pretty complete description
of the process. Start with the checklist, and then read through the
testing guide while verifying that your port works.
