4.16 was released (cf https://xfce.org/about/news/?post=1608595200) so
my git repo contains all the cleaned up versions of the corresponding
ports (https://cgit.rhaalovely.net/xfce4/log/?h=next), and the pkg repo
at PKG_PATH=https://packages.rhaalovely.net/wip/amd64 contains packages
built against latest dependencies.

testing and feedback welcome, otherwise i plan to commit those next
week.
