Corrected with
PORTHOME= ${WRKDIR}

Thanks.

It builds, installs and starts up fine, but when I try to connect to
FreeWorldDialup <http://www.freeworlddialup.com/> account I just
created it just crashes - sometimes then crashes on startup, sometimes
it opens and I need to press "connect" for it to crash. I built a
package with DEBUG=-g, here's the end of "gdb /usr/local/bin/kiax
kiax.core" :

#0  0x1c05a835 in iax_net_read () at libiax2/src/iax.c:2841
2841 libiax2/src/iax.c: No such file or directory.

(gdb) bt

#1  0x1c05acf1 in iax_get_event (blocking=0) at libiax2/src/iax.c:3118
#2  0x1c056712 in iaxc_service_network () at iaxclient_lib.c:1148

Sorry, don't know yet what to do more about it, and how to use gdb properly.
