I actually made a port too with portgen as soon as it hit 0.9.0, but didn't submit it fast enough it seems. ;)
portgen put all the info in the Makefile so no module.inc there, otherwise they look the same more or less. Tested on amd64 and octeon. (and a very nice program which should be a port!)
