Here is a port of TeXLive 2007 for OpenBSD: http://students.dec.bmth.ac.uk/ebarrett/texlive/ Please test to death and let us know how it goes. I think it is important we have an up to date tex port. teTeX is dead. Tested at my end on i386 and sparc64 on current snapshots only days old. Seems to work great. I can compile my university assignments without issues. The web page linked above contains a lot of information about how and why I did things the way I did. Please have a read, in particular the known issues. Thanks!
