for a first submission it looks nice ! i was a bit concerned by the licence marker as paper (which is used as a base/inspiration) is cc-sa-4.0 but it's been cleared by paper's author in https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/issues/1049#issuecomment-356630452 also, we use tabs after = in Makefile - other than that, ok with me to import.
