New Hylafax port Tested

Hi all,

Hi have been testing this port of Hylafax by Giovanni Bechis on 
i386-current  in a production environment  for the past week or so.
It is working solidly and the install is the cleanest I have ever had 
with Hylafax on OpenBSD.
