You'd better use pkg_add(1) than "download and extract the port to /tmp". For example, you can run "pkg_add nextcloud". It seems that an httpd.conf examples is given in this package readme in "/usr/local/share/doc/pkg-readmes/nextcloud". -- Manuel Giraud
