As one of the users of our web server asked for LimeSurvey,
i just set up the following port (it really is an easy one):

  http://www.studis.de/Software/limesurvey-1.52a0.tgz

The same tarball is attached to this message.
It is not yet ready for commit; in particular, i need to check
the licensing of all files, i only checked the global license
statement so far. But it could also use some more testing, so
i thought i might just tell you right away...

 $ cat /usr/ports/mystuff/www/limesurvey/pkg/DESCR

LimeSurvey is a set of PHP scripts to develop and conduct online
surveys. It can use MySQL and MS SQL databases.

One instance of LimeSurvey can manage multiple surveys concurrently.
People can be invited to participate in surveys, and records can be kept
who has participated and who has not. Participants can save partial
answers and complete them at a later time.

Features include many different question types, conditional questions
(branching), reuseable editable answer sets, ready-made importable
questions, multi-lingual surveys, anonymous and non-anonymous surveys,
open and closed groups of participants, optional public registration for
surveys, survey expiry dates, and an administration interface including
user management.

The project does not aim to provide any sophisticated data-analysis on
survey results, but to allow exporting of those results into text, CSV
or spreadsheet format. All the same, a few basic statistical and
graphical analysis tools are included.

The scripts were originally developed for quick dataentry with paper
based responses to surveys. LimeSurvey can also be used to create
printable survey forms.

Here is a minimal example survey using the new port,
running on OpenBSD-current:
